Mindful Practices

Booking & Client Care

Booking Policies:

  • All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied to your total investment cost.

  • For Cancellations OR Rescheduling we require a minimum of 48 hours notice,                         failing to do so in the allotted time will forfeit your deposit.

      At this time, cancellation fees will be waived if your appointment must be cancelled due to illness.

     You may choose to receive a distance session if you are unable to attend your appointment in lieu of       a cancellation fee.

     Please note this does not apply to our NO-SHOW policy.​

 

  • No-Show Policy: Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in full charge for your missed appointment.

  • Running late? We understand sometimes things happen that may prevent you from arriving on time. To honour our schedule and subsequent clients, your time may be adjusted with full payment of service required. 

 

Arriving for your appointment

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment & text us to let us know you have arrived- please wait for our welcome text before entering the building.

 

  • All clients and practitioners are required to wear face coverings during treatment.

 

  • Sanitizer is provided at the front entrance.

  • Please self-screen prior to your appointment and kindly reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Memberships & Subscription Policies

  • Weekly & semi-weekly healing memberships are designed to maximize your healing benefits,

      therefore they must be completed in consecutive weeks. 

 

  • Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non refundable, non exchangeable and non transferable for any reason.

 

  • Packages and memberships cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

 

  • Packages and memberships cannot be shared or transferred. 

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling may result in loss of sessions.

      Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will automatically result in loss of            session.

 

  • If paying by credit card a transaction fee applies for all packages and subscriptions.
