Booking & Client Care

Booking Policies:

  • For Cancellations OR Rescheduling we require a minimum of 24 hours notice, failing to do so in the allotted time will require full payment of your service.

      At this time, cancellation fees will be waived if your appointment must be cancelled due to illness.

     You may choose to receive a distance session if you are unable to attend your appointment in lieu of       a cancellation fee.

     Please note this does not apply to our NO-SHOW policy.

  • Please note 2 consecutive appointment changes (cancelling or rescheduling) will require a

      50% non-refundable deposit of your service in order to reschedule your appointment.

 

  • Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in full charge for your missed appointment.

  • Running late? We understand sometimes things happen that may prevent you from arriving on time. To honour our schedule and subsequent clients, your time may be adjusted with full payment of service required. 

 

Arriving for your appointment

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment & text us to let us know you have arrived- please wait for our welcome text before entering the building.

 

  • All clients and practitioners are required to wear face coverings during treatment.

 

  • Sanitizer is provided at the front entrance.

  • Our Covid-19 screening form will be sent to you via text 24 hours prior to your appointment.

      Please ensure you have completed the screening form prior to entry.

 

  • All guests are also required to fill out our Covid-19 treatment waiver upon arrival.

 

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing illness of any kind.

Memberships & Subscription Policies

  • Weekly & semi-weekly healing memberships are designed to maximize your healing benefits,

      therefore they must be completed in consecutive weeks. 

 

  • Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non refundable, non exchangeable and non transferable for any reason.

 

  • Packages and memberships cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

 

  • Packages and memberships cannot be shared or transferred. 

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling may result in loss of sessions.

      Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will automatically result in loss of            session.

 

  • If paying by credit card a transaction fee applies for all packages and subscriptions.
